Beyond the usual white and red, Italy is tinted with the occasional orange. Lunarossa Vini is one of the most exciting wineries making amphorae aged orange wines in Salerno, Campania.
The Fuorilinea wine is made with an equal blend of Fiano and Moscato grapes and has a limited production of only 1,000 bottles a year. It’s a natural orange at its own best, fermented in amphorae, then aged in barrique and cement before bottling. More importantly, the wine is born out of a social project. Part of the sales proceeds are dedicated to support and improve the lives of children in need.
Be sure not to miss this wine at Vino Condiviso, and you can always find the wine in Hong Kong through Vino e Finanza.
