Here are the key wine and spirits trade shows in Asia this year

From Hong Kong and Shanghai to Mumbai and Bangkok, more than 20 major wine and spirits exhibitions will shape how producers enter Asia’s fastest-evolving drinks markets.

Singapore

ProWine Singapore

Date: April 21–24

ProWine Singapore is one of the most important wine and spirits trade exhibitions in Southeast Asia and serves as the regional flagship event of the global ProWein brand from Düsseldorf, Germany.

The exhibition is usually held alongside the large Asian food and beverage trade fair FHA–Food & Beverage at Singapore Expo. Leveraging Singapore’s role as a regional trade and logistics hub, the event has become an important platform for international wine and spirits brands entering Southeast Asian markets.

According to the organiser, the 2024 edition hosted around 300 exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions, attracting over 8,000 professional visitors, including importers, distributors, hotel procurement managers and buyers from the hospitality sector.

The event also features masterclasses, industry forums and tasting sessions, helping international producers build connections in Southeast Asia.

As alcohol consumption in Southeast Asia continues to grow, the influence of ProWine Singapore within the regional drinks industry has also expanded. For companies looking to enter markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, the exhibition has become one of the region’s most important trade platforms.


South Korea

Seoul International Wines & Spirits Expo

Date: June 18–20
Location: Seoul

The Seoul International Wines & Spirits Expo is one of the largest professional alcohol trade shows in South Korea.

Founded in 2002, the exhibition is held annually at the COEX Convention & Exhibition Center and has developed into a major trade platform for the country’s wine and spirits industry.

The exhibition brings together wine, whisky and spirits producers from around the world alongside Korean traditional alcohol brands, attracting importers, retailers, hospitality buyers and other professional visitors.

The event also hosts masterclasses, tastings and industry forums designed to strengthen connections between international producers and the Korean market.

According to organisers, the exhibition is expected to attract around 240 participating companies and approximately 35,700 visitors.


Daejeon International Wine Expo

Date: November 1–8, 2026
(Trade exhibition usually held November 6–8)
Location: Daejeon

The Daejeon International Wine Expo is one of the largest wine-themed exhibitions in South Korea.

Organised by the Daejeon municipal government and related Korean institutions, the event takes place at the Daejeon Convention Center and has grown into one of the country’s most influential wine industry events.

The exhibition brings together wine producers, importers and distributors from around the world and attracts Korean hospitality businesses, retailers and professional buyers.

In addition to the trade exhibition, the event also hosts international tastings, industry forums and professional competitions.

According to organisers, the exhibition typically features around 280 participating companies from 18 countries and regions, with approximately 320 booths.

The event also hosts international competitions such as the Asia Wine Trophy, making it one of the most important annual gatherings for the Korean wine industry.


Busan International Wines & Spirits Expo

Date: December 11–13
Location: Busan

The Busan International Wines & Spirits Expo is one of the largest alcohol trade shows in southern South Korea.

Held at the BEXCO Exhibition Center, the event is organised by Korean exhibition institutions and is part of the same exhibition series as the Seoul show, with the goal of expanding alcohol trade and consumption in southern Korea.

The exhibition gathers wine, whisky and spirits brands from around the world alongside Korean traditional alcohol producers, attracting importers, distributors, restaurant groups and retail buyers.

Tastings, industry forums and promotional events are also organised during the show.

According to organisers, the exhibition typically features around 200 exhibitors and more than 300 booths, covering wine, spirits, beer and related equipment.

The exhibition is often held alongside events such as the International Beer & Equipment Industry Expo, creating a broader beverage industry platform.
