No. 8 Germany

Germany exported about 18 million euros worth of wines to China last year, a drop of 9% over 2019.
The country’s diverse style of Rieslings have yet to whet up appetite for China’s mass wine consumers, but as German wine associations ramp up promotions on German Rieslings and Pinot, we expect to see more traction for German wines.
Its ranking climbed up from 2019’s 10 spot to last year’s No.8.
