MARGO

An intimate modern European dining brasserie, MARGO, is now open at The Galleria, Central. Leading Nation teams up with Chef Mario Paecke, a former Chef de Cuisine of SOMM and Sous Chef of 2-MICHELIN-starred Amber, to offer contemporary European cuisine crossover with German influences.
Signature dishes and snacks include Croquettes served with Alexandre Polmard beef carpaccio and truffle crème, and Tilapia served with verbena-champagne sauce, grilled peach, mash potatoes and more. Chef Mario recreates the popular Königsberger Klopse with his mother’s recipe, paired with Bavarian potatoes, luxurious fresh Norwegian langoustine tails, and creamy caper sauce.

Aside from the quintessential dishes, a new American martini bar, KYLE & BAIN, is featured on MARGO’s mezzanine level, curated by multi-award-winning Beverage DirectorJohn Nugent. For wine lovers, they can enjoy a selection of wines all hand-picked by experienced Head Sommelier Elvis Lo, a certified sommelier of 6 years and French Wine Scholar graduate from Wine Scholar Guild.
