Here are five new restaurants to try in September from Spanish tapas, authentic Mexican flavors to Italian and Japanese sushi.

PABLO

Having almost two decades of experience in the F&B industry and experience at Pujol by Enrique Olvera, Chef Gerardo Barrientos is bringing home flavors of Mexico City with a modern twist to PABLO in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The interiors are designed with sleek furningishing and eye-catchy art to echo the modern vibe. Must-tries cuisines include the Tortilla soup, a dynamic tomato broth with tortilla chips, sour cream, chilli flakes and more. Another authentic dish is Hamachi ceviche with hamachi and sauces placed in layers. For desserts, we cannot skip our all-time favourite Mexican snack churros and a traditional arroz con leche, a creamy rice pudding made with coconut milk.

To chil-lax at dinner time, you may order the signature PABLO Spicy Margarita, infused with tequila blanco, mezcal, herbs and chilli. Be sure not to loosen your mind afterwards, as Chef Barrientos may appear at your table to whip up a side dish of guacamole!
