The leadership appointments come as DFI strengthens its omnichannel capabilities and continues to shape consumer trends across grocery retail, convenience, health & beauty, food service, and fine wine distribution in Hong Kong and beyond.

Chan, a seasoned strategist with more than 20 years of experience in global retail, will oversee Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, and Customer Insights. She previously held senior roles at Walmart in the U.S., China, and Hong Kong, where she led major digital and operational transformations that drove double-digit sales growth.

Loh, who joined DFI in September 2023, will expand his responsibilities to oversee yuu Rewards, Retail Analytics, and Retail Media, further integrating digital insights with consumer engagement. His expertise in e-commerce and digital transformation will be key as DFI strengthens its loyalty ecosystem and data-driven retail strategies.
