Derided by trade professionals as "Disneyland of fakes", the scale of knockoffs seen at this year's Autumn edition of China Food & Drinks Fair in Tianjin is staggering. We have rounded up some of the worst offenders here from fake DRC to counterfeit Petrus.

Baron Shunyi

Shunyi Lifei, the Lafite lookalike, is again spotted at the wine fair and exhibited among other fakes of DRC and Castel by the notorious Shanghai Feidisi Trading Company.

The producer of this counterfeit Bordeaux as we have reported is Shandong Shunyi Wine Company, which went so far to lend legitimacy to its fake wine operation by fabricating a fake Baron and a fictitious war with Bordeaux first growth Chateau Lafite Rothschild.

Displays of the knockoff wines are brazen at the wine fair. Despite police bust on the company’s operation, reality shows the fraudster is still very much in business.

Aside from manufacturing a range of fake Bordeaux wines, the same company is also selling fraudulent cognac and whiskies at its booth.
