More than 1,200 guests toasted to the ascension of the world’s top chefs at the World’s 50 Best Restaurants in Singapore, and here are the pictorial highlights from the scene.
World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards kicked off on June 25 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore to celebrate the ascension of top chefs at the awards ceremony, which is now come to known as the “Oscars of the culinary world”.

Guests from Japan are feeling rather bubbly in front of Bellavista’s booth at the World’s 50 Best Restaurants gala event. More than 1,200 guests toasted to the success of world’s top chefs with Bellavista Alma Gran Cuvée Brut, a sparkling wine made from 77% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Noir and 1% Pinot Blanc in northern Italy’s Lombardy.

Different from past years, the 2019 World’s 50 Best Restaurants introduced a new rule that excluded past top winning restaurants to compete again. Instead it introduced ‘Best of the Best: hall of fame’ for previous No.1 winners. Seen in here are British celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal of The Fat Duck and Italian chef Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana.
Mirazur has taken the No. 1 spot at the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards in Singapore. The three Michelin-starred restaurant is located in Menton in France, and is celebrated for its  superlative cooking.
