Instead it introduced ‘Best of the Best: hall of fame’ for previous No.1 winners. Seen in here are British celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal of The Fat Duck and Italian chef Massimo Bottura of Osteria Francescana. Mirazur has taken the No. 1 spot at the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards in Singapore. The three Michelin-starred restaurant is located in Menton in France, and is celebrated for its superlative cooking.
